Re-Imagining Renovations.

Yet again, we strive to be unlike any other contractor in all that we do - and Interior Renovations are no

different.

Far too often we hear: "I don't know. I can't picture what that looks like in my head."

This is why we've set out to change how a construction project starts at a fundamental level.

Below we will take you through our clients journey, showcasing you how we went from inquiry - design -

build.

Step 1. On-Site Assessment

Before anything can happen - we need to send out one of our experienced technicians to take a look at your house.

Here we will be capturing measurements, scope of work details, as well as a few other assessment points we need to take into account.

Step 2. 3D Design & Render

Now that we have all that data (measurements, colors, materials, scope of work, etc.) - our in house designers get started on scaling your dream using extremely expensive software's.

We also provide you with a 3D Rendered Video - just to give you that extra "umph" when it comes to experiencing the project before ever signing a contract.

Again, we don't believe that people should be investing all this money without seeing the finished product first - the same way you would never buy a car without test driving it!

Step 3. Build

Now that both parties are on the same page, it's time to work on the deliverable!

Its always a good feeling when you and your contractor are on the same page and are both excited to move forward.

On this project, we had to completely rip open the walls & the floors in order to re route electrical, heating, plumbing and in floor heating.

It was in its truest form a "Gut & Remodel"

Home Renovation cost

- "How Much Does a Bathroom Renovation Cost?"

- "How Much Does a Kitchen Renovation Cost?"

- "How Much Does a Basement Renovation Cost?"

Now, as loaded of a question as that may be - we will attempt to give you a simplified answer that doesn't sound like "call us for more info".

Since there are many different kinds of projects with such a wide variety of materials, scope of work, etc - the price may vary

drastically

.

Below we have attempted to standardize some average costing - but please keep in mind these are just averages & costs may vary.
